during his tenure as director at Sears, a
foundation he now uses to scale
SoundSafe’s multimodal intelligence
solutions to market.
Originally trained in cybersecurity and the
physics of sound, Hamad is the architect of
the core delivery pipeline, transforming
high-level R&D into mission-critical,
packaged solutions. Now based in Galena,
Illinois, he builds shoulder-to-shoulder with
industry and infrastructure partners to
ensure high-stakes AI remains trusted,
verifiable, and human-centric.
Johnny Stevenson
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned entrepreneur and creative
strategist, Johnny Stevenson brings over 16
years of experience in business
development and scaling diverse industries.
Between 2016–2020, he demonstrated
high-level operational leadership
managing a multi-million-dollar distillery in
Galena, Illinois, while simultaneously
managing top-tier international musical
talent.
In 2021, he co-founded Invasive Media, a
creative studio focused on accelerating
market traction through data-driven
storytelling and digital marketing. A
dedicated community leader and expert
headhunter, Johnny serves on multiple
nonprofit boards and specializes in building
internship-to-employment pipelines that
strengthen regional economies and bridge
the gap between local talent and industry
leaders.
